Cancellation & Appointment Policy Thank you for choosing Lavish Soho Nails and Spa. We value both your time and our team’s dedication, and our policies are designed to ensure the best experience for all of our clients. Please take a moment to review our guidelines below. Cancellation Policy Your time is important to us — and so is our team’s. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £20 cancellation fee per service, or the full service amount if the total is less than £20. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly during business hours at 020 7734 1788 Late Arrival Policy Running late? Please give us a call as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. A £20 late cancellation fee (or the full price for shorter services) may apply. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your treatment time may be shortened depending on availability. Patch Tests (For Beauty Treatments) Your safety is always our priority. A patch test is required at least 24 hours before any eyebrow or eyelash tinting, lifting, or lamination treatments. Patch tests must be completed in-salon and are valid for 6 months, unless your medical condition has changed. If a patch test is not completed in time, the service will be canceled and standard cancellation fees will apply.
